• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered at77com account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by at77com's payments team and are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.

at77com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by geography, payment method, or account status.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In case of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, at77com's records will be deemed final and binding.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the at77com platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. at77com will not reverse, cancel, or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where an obvious error (manifest error) has occurred in the pricing or display of odds.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or technical malfunctions — at77com reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• at77com sports betting odds are published in decimal format. PSL, ICC, and other cricket markets go live according to the official competition schedule.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to short suspension periods around key match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be automatically voided and stakes returned.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. at77com does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way beyond the published Return to Player ("RTP") parameters of each game.
• at77com reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Regulatory instruction or court order

Where an account is closed by at77com for a reason other than player breach, any verified remaining balance (excluding pending or unverified bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
